Booking and Payment:
To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information. Payment must be made as per the agreed terms. We accept multiple forms of payment and reserve the right to change the payment methods at any time. -
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move. Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours may incur a fee. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. -
Customer Responsibilities:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items are packed and ready for transport. Any items left unprepared may result in delays or additional charges. We are not responsible for the loss of or damage to items not packed by our team. -
Liability:
While we take all precautions to ensure the safety of your belongings, Aashirward Packers and Movers is not liable for damages arising from unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, natural disasters, or third-party errors. -
Insurance:
We provide limited liability coverage for your goods. Customers are advised to consider additional insurance for valuable or high-risk items, which can be arranged upon request.
Damage and Loss Claims:
Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the claim, and compensation will be determined based on the circumstances and the terms of our insurance policy.Timing and Delivery:
While we strive to adhere to the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or logistical issues. We are not liable for such delays.Storage Services:
If storage services are required, Aashirward Packers and Movers will ensure that your goods are stored securely. However, we are not responsible for items stored for extended periods beyond the agreed-upon time.
